Please note: we are unable to provide after-sales service for purchases made through Amazon or other third-party retailers.
30-Day Return Policy
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, you must contact our support team at service@carlinkitfactory.com before sending anything back.
Eligible Returns
Items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:
- Damaged or Faulty Products: Items that arrive broken, defective, or soiled.
- Compatibility Guarantee: If your vehicle is listed as compatible and the product does not work, you are eligible for a 100% refund (excluding shipping) once the undamaged product is returned.
- Change of Mind: If you no longer want the product (not due to seller error), you may request a partial refund. You will be responsible for the return shipping fee and a restocking fee of 19% (minimum $15).
⚠️ Expedited Express Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Conditions
Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:
- Products returned with scratches, signs of misuse, or damage.
- Missing or damaged accessories (the cost will be deducted from the refund).
- Products not in their original packaging.
- Shipping and customs duties are non-refundable.
Important: All returns must be authorized via our Service Center. Returns without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) will be refused.
Return Process
To return or exchange an item:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving the product: service@carlinkitfactory.com
- You will receive an RMA label via email. Print and affix it clearly to the outside of the return packaging.
- Use transparent sealing tape to ensure the label is secure and visible.
- Ship the item to the return address provided in the RMA instructions.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
Return Shipping Costs
- Consumer-initiated returns: You are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Seller-related returns (damaged/wrong item): We will cover the return shipping.
Shipping costs depend on the courier and your location.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at service@carlinkitfactory.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product, we recommend returning your item for a refund and placing a new order for the correct product to avoid delays.
Refunds
After your return is received and approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
- Customers are charged only once for shipping (including returns).
- No restocking fees apply if the return is due to our error.
- If your order included free shipping, the cost of the return will be communicated based on actual carrier rates.
Order Cancellations
To cancel an order, please email us at service@carlinkitfactory.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Include your order number and reason for cancellation.
If the item has already shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
