Order Processing Time
Once you place an order, please allow us 1–3 business days to process it. Processing time may be affected by holidays or weekends and could be longer if your shipping address raises concerns or if we need to verify your payment information for security purposes. During this time, we may request proof of identification to ensure the safety of your transaction.

Friendly Reminder
- If you reside in an area where packages may be left unsecured, we advise that you select a shipping method that requires a signature upon delivery. Standard mail services may leave packages at a location deemed “secure” by the carrier, and Carlinkit Factory is not responsible for any loss or theft in such cases.
- Please ensure that your shipping address is correct when placing an order. We are not responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses provided by you.
- A restocking fee of 10% will apply if an item is returned to us due to failure to claim or incorrect address details.
Taxes and Duties

These charges are determined by your local customs office and are your responsibility to pay. We are not liable for any delays caused by customs processing. Damaged Packaging
Upon receiving your order, carefully inspect the packaging for any visible signs of damage. If you notice any damage to the packaging, please refuse the shipment and do not sign for it. After refusing the shipment, contact us at service@carlinkitfactory.com to initiate the return process.
If you choose to accept a package with visible damage, please write “Subject to Concealed Damage” on the receipt before signing.
Damaged Product
After receiving your order, inspect the contents for any signs of damage. If any damage is found, retain your copy of the delivery receipt and contact the carrier within 48 hours. We recommend taking digital photos of the damage to support your claim.
Once you have contacted the carrier, please email us at service@carlinkitfactory.com. We will assist you with the claim process and arrange for a replacement to be sent.
